The brief
Dhamani has been making fine jewellery since 1969. Its pieces sell in person, in boutiques at The Dubai Mall and Burj Al Arab, so the site had to feel like walking into one.
We ran brand workshops first, then designed around three pillars the team kept coming back to: legacy, craftsmanship and quality.
Built with
UX lead & PM I led UX and ran the project for a jewellery house that sells in person, and wanted the site to feel the same.
What I did
- Ran brand workshops that set three pillars: legacy, craftsmanship and quality.
- Designed a deep, quiet palette, so the stones carry the colour.
- Designed collection pages with an inquiry on every piece.
- Designed boutique pages with maps and appointment requests.
- Managed delivery on WordPress and WooCommerce, ready for online sales later.
The impact
- 4collections: Tempus, Essence, Bridal and Rare Jewels
- 3boutiques with appointment requests
- +70%inquiries on individual pieces
- 2xtime on collection pages
The call I made
Inquire, don't buy
Fine jewellery at this level sells in person. We designed every piece to lead to a private inquiry or a boutique appointment, while keeping WooCommerce ready if online sales come later.
What shipped
- Brand workshops that set the three pillars of the design
- A deep, quiet palette that lets the stones carry the colour
- Collections with an inquiry on every piece
- A video hero and heritage storytelling
- Boutique pages with maps and appointment requests
